...than McCain/Palin v. Obama/Biden?

Yet, that's all I see in our tubes.

Is it possible to unbump?

I agree, it is depressing.

Possibly an improvement on Bush/Cheney?

Minutia.

Dude, the election is just around the corner...its kinda expected that people will be discussing the candidates.

Once its over, I'm sure there will be other topics the take precidence.

No, what's so depressing is how shallow the coverage is of them. Well, actually what's more depressing is that we've seen these two for months and months and have only seen the third party candidates for an hour or so on CSPAN (and that was months ago).

Are you referring to me?

Shallow aint' the word for it....all the coverage is bullshit. Both men are on the same team...just different jerseys....

Just like Taco Bell. Its the same shit, shaped and called different things, but really you're just eating the same shit.

Could anything be more irrelevant than the presidential race this year? Considering this may be the only race in the country where the two candidates who are alleged to be the only ones with a chance to win both voted for the bailout, I think not.

Everyone else who voted for that damned bailout we can fire in two weeks. I suggest we concentrate on that.

And, yes, the media will keep chanting in the meantime, "they're so different! They're so different! They're so different! Feed us brains! Feed us brains! Braaaaaaaiiiiiiins....!

Exactly!!! Thats more important. I'm glad you brought that up...You ought to start and entire thread based on that premise.

I'm gonna vote against Steny Hoyer here in Maryland, for a Ron Paul republican!

If we get a non-Demopublican in the White House this round it will be because the stock market crashes in the next week and a half and we use the hate of the bailout to argue that these pricks are exactly the same.

Considering how irrelevant the election is when looking at the two candidates, it sure is discussed here a lot. Almost as if we have enough members here to sway the election one way or another...

The greed of government, banks, insurance companies, and piss-ant traders is about to crush you.

And most others.

Still, you follow ...

Meandering ....

How Loud... Loud... Louder ... Does it have to get?

I think the popular topics on this forum reflect current events throught the country...when primaries where the big deal, most of the topics where related to them or the candidates running. How many anti-Giuliani threads where posted? How about Hillary?

It'll calm down after the election, I hope.

Yeah, like the latest mother who killed her baby, and the latest celebrity who OD'd. The Lamestream media is lame no matter what they cover.

Being discussed doesn't necessarily mean relevant. See also, Britney Spears.

I personally wouldn't want to be the one who chose the president this year. What kind of bumper sticker would this be:

"Don't blame Me, I voted for... Wait. Yes. Actually you can Blame me"

The only problem is...

The party is over.

And, your FED and drooling elected Representatives couldn't give a fuck.

Await instructions from the MSM...

Then your fearless leaders.

Good luck bunnies!

The party was over in 1913. In 1971 they shut off the music. Now the people who are still dancing to the music are rightfully looking like fools.

I know you are a champion.

Go stir-up the rest of the useless pricks!
