That's great. It is amazing how some plants, considered to be weeds, have great medicinal qualities--actually it's more than many people know.

Growing a strong immune system.

I grew up feral,,and still have a robust immune system.

My wife grew up opposite.. pampered and protected and under Doctors care...

and is still dependent.

This one is outside everday. I can't keep the sand, dirt, rocks, leaves and sticks away from her and then puts her hands right into her mouth. She has never had as much as a snifflle. No colds no flu no runny nose, nothing ever. Think she is getting immune to fire ants too, keeps sticking her hands in the nests and the bites are less each time.

Nobody open windows anymore either. We are on our second winter in Florida and leave them open all winter. Fresh air is good for you. After adapting to the weather we can tolerate up to about 82 inside without AC now.
