Really now, look at one of the sticky threads, if you're going to make another site, use that code. Problem with alternative sites SOLVED. Therefore, let's stop bickering about the teaparty07 site and other frivolous things. It's time to start marketing and promoting the event. Any exciting ideas on how to do this???

And advertise towards different groups. For example, you could set up a "December 16th for the 2nd amendment" site, and promote the heck out of it to pro-gun people.

i think the easiest way of promoting teaparty07 is by word of mouth offline and joining online communities like face book.

Are there dare devils, stunt men, out there with ideas? Some fantastic stunt that has never been done, something that would get the whole nation awed, and link it to Ron and Freedom. A massive blood bank donation for Ron linked to the TeaParty. I haven't thought of one good PR stunt yet that can instantly garner all the MSM. But some how we have to.

The aim of this is to have 1773 actual grass roots activities where supporters give cups of tea to passers by and hence get the chance to promote the tea party fundraiser and the Ron Paul campaign.

It would focus on the 15th of December, but would encourage people to get out now and try a Tea Party. This activity could attract a lot of local media stories as well as getting to talk to people on the streets.

If the idea is popular, the website www.1773teaparties.com will be set up to promote the idea and to help organizers of each tea party make it a success.

Flood Boston Harbor with Ron Paul Balloons on Dec. 16th!

We need to link together the tea party (which is memborable for the tea that went into the harbor) with today by dumping thousands, upon thousands of Ron Paul Balloons into Boston Harbor.

We could be theatrical about it and stage a take over of a ship and throw the balloons into the water.

I think it would be more practical to be secreative about it (in true revolutionary spirit) since throwing anything into the water (even biodegradeable balloons) is probably illegal.

We shouldn't let that stop us! We can make a press sensation with this RP Balloon drop combined with the donations.

Imagine the sight in Boston as everyone wakes up to see the river and harbor covered in floating Ron Paul Balloons! America will realize that the Revolution of 1776 is alive and strong and there are those amoung them that are willing to take risks in an public display of civic disobeidience to spread the message of LIBERTY!

(please make sure that we have BIODEGRADEABLE balloons.)
