Bah! any list of Presidents that excludes Thomas Jefferson is not valid. I don't care what patterns are involved.

Jefferson is not on the list! That's why I wanted to make 3+ posts before editing in #1 Washington and #2 Adams. Madison (the 4th president) as #3 on this ranked list and Jackson (the 7th president) at #4, the pattern can be guessed at.
