http://blog.lewrockwell.com/lewrw/archives/012949.html - from May 10th said that Paul had been invited. I suggest we should hold on on massive emails and phone calls until we're sure.
Edited to add: This announcement from the University hosting the event lists Ron Paul.

Mike Gravel is listed in the Dem lineup too.
Watching Washington Journal this morning C-Span listed the candidates participating in the NH debate this coming Tuesday. The listing did not include Ron Paul.
I left a recorded message with C-Span at their Viewer line: 765 464-3080.
I checked with the campaign today and Dr. Paul is confirmed for both the June 5th debate and the August 5th debate.
Interestingly though, Tommy Thompson who was in the previous two debates is not listed as invited to the June 5th debate in NH.
Other than Ron Paul, Thompson probably had the best plans and gave the most detail about what he would do as president. Unfortunately for him, he's as charismatic as a rock.
What? On two tries he couldn't name a single program he'd want to cut! Dr. Paul was just getting started on his list of DEPARTMENTS he'd scrap.
