I got busted for writing with chalk on public sidewalk at Cal State Univ of Long Beach. The police said "It constitutes graffti". I politely asked if writing with chalk is illegal? He said, "Yes, because you are not supposed to write anything on walls, sidewalks, streets except put up a poster on public bulletin board." I explained that I was one of scholarly students who graduated with high grade marks at American Government class. From what I understand that US Constitution gave me the rights to write anything. I used chalks as opposed to using any paints. That is a huge difference. Freedom of Speech does not exist at Cal State. I am considering to request the LA Times and Cal State press to publish my story.
Dear little boys and girls, sorry you cannot use the chalks to write anything on streets. No more Freedom for you.

Message I wrote on the sidewalk... see pictures below
"Thousands of US Troops are POLICING at 700 Military bases in 131 friendly countries. Is it OK for Japanese, German or British soldiers to police here?
Find out at: www.DailyPaul.com
and www.CampaignForLiberty.com"
(police stopped me when I didn't have a chance to write the last sentence)
So I went ahead to put up few posters around:
