Ok, so the sign ordinances can be a little tricky, right? Here's a way around it.
"Burma Shave" type signs held up by ACTUAL PEOPLE standing beside the roadway!
This requires 7 volunteers at a time.
Step #1. Make seven signs:
a) Insanity is.....
b) Doing the same thing....
c) Over and over.....
d) And expecting....
e) Different results...
f) Vote different....
g) Ron Paul 2008
STEP #2 Find a busy road and get out there!
Tips: Make sure each person stands at least a few hundred yards from the previous sign. The sequential message is what really makes this approach effective.
For a little history on the Burma Shave signs you can read about it on Wikipedia here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burma_shave.
Now if you REALLY want to add a little icing on the cake:
Have an 8th person standing a little further after the previous signs with one last sign that reads: " Questions? Stop ahead."
Then have someone in a parking lot just up the road with a small table set up with Ron Paul Flyers and other literature and even bumper stickers.
It WILL work. It WILL get attention (more so than just the standard campaign sign stuck in the ground). It WON'T work if nobody does it.
Ron Paul's campaign doesn't have $50 million like Obama and Hillary. We need to think outside the box and get more bang for our buck.
Take the initiative. Just do it.
