Obama raised 46% of his money from donors giving less than $1,000; he raised 33% of his money from donors giving $2,300 or more.

Actually, Obama raised more than Paul from small donors. Looking at the chart, 32% of Obama's $97.2 million = $31.1 million from small donors. 61 % of Paul's $28.0 million = $17.1 million.
