Hello:
My son Jordon, a sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, recently had the opportunity to bring to light a problem that our nation faces, one that we feel can even be said to have spawned much of the problems we have today because of the stagnation it causes. He wrote a paper for one of his classes, entitled "Freedom of the Ballot." The paper explains the problem with ballot access restrictions, those of which my campaign as an Independent in NC and those in numerous other states from either a third party or unaffiliated candidate must overcome; it shows the philosophically flawed logic, unconstitutionality and history behind the ballot access restrictions that we have today.
I ask that you consider reading the paper, which can be found on my campaign website at www.BryanGreene08.com/articles/freedomoftheballot.html. Consider the problem we have, and do what you can to help resolve it. Call or e-mail the candidates in your area and find out their view on ballot access restrictions, and then contact you state representatives and senators about doing something to solve the problem.
