I mean, I'd give it a try, but to me that kind of thing can never ascend beyond side dish status. If you're going to call it a main course, something has to have died.
ribeye is my favorite cut. when my wife heads out of town, one of my bachelor meals is a grilled ribeye. I used to do a potato and salad, but as time went on, I dropped those. Now it's just a big ol' ribeye and a bottle of cab. heaven.
