Biden Announces Plans For 'Permanent' US Army Base in Poland
https://cnsnews.com/index.php/artic...announces-plans-permanent-us-army-base-poland

In the The Founding Act on Mutual Relations, Cooperation and Security between NATO and the Russian Federation that was adopted in 1997, the United States signed a legally-binding document that swore it would never build a permanent base east of Germany.

Joe Biden is now going to violate an Act that enjoyed near-unanimous support from all Americans and President Clinton.

"In addition, in the negotiations on the adaptation of the CFE Treaty, Russia and the member
States of NATO will, together with other States Parties, seek to strengthen stability by further develop*
ing measures to prevent any potentially threatening build-up of conventional forces in agreed regions
of Europe, to include Central and Eastern Europe."

also has violated this clause with its 30+ bioterror labs in Ukraine, and the right of the Russian minorities in Ukraine:

"Russia and NATO start from the premise that the shared objective of strengthening security and
stability in the Euro— Atlantic area for the benefit of all countries requires a response to new risks and
challenges, such as aggressive nationalism, proliferation of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons,
terrorism, persistent abuse of human rights and of the rights of persons belonging to national minori*
ties and unresolved territorial disputes, which pose a threat to common peace, prosperity and stability."

I hoped Russia would somehow make Ukraine's traitor Coup Regime go away. Unfortunately it's a bit like getting rid of a metastasized cancer. Those cells are spread among the nation (body's) cells.
