I dunno about the rest of you, but I am sick and tired of Bob Barr threads in Grassroots central. He is not Ron Paul. Not even close.

Well, that was an accident. It was supposed to go in Alternatives to Official Campaign.

If Barr gets the Libertarian nomination and RP is out, I'll probably vote for Barr. I might even campaign for him a little.

Also, I like Bob Barr posts. RP isn't doing much newsworthy stuff these days, so might as well. Keep 'em coming.

Bob Barr is a very good 2nd choice to Ron Paul. His civil libertarian credentials are solid, although his views on drugs (while they are evolving and have gotten better) leave some to be desired. His economic views are solidly libertarian.

This Jennifer Chambrin isn't just some random girl who decided to register the domain:

It's a shame they used GoDaddy, though....they suck so badly.

You guys should worry more about how he will be taken by conservatives being that he had 3 marriages (and divorces) and an abortion (well, one of his wifes had one).

War on Drugs? Considering his position is leave it to the states, I see nothing wrong with it.

All of the "conservatives" I've talked to like Republican politicians better who have had sexual problems. I don't understand it. For example, I've heard many Republicans say that they wish they could vote for Newt Gingrich. Why? Because according to them, he's a "faithful man of integrity." They're well aware of the fact that he cheated on his wife, but like everything - it's the liberals' fought.

really why?

They're pretty bad about censorship - for example: MySpace got hacked one time, and there was a website that held information about how badly MySpace got pwned. MySpace got upset, cried to GoDaddy, and they pulled the site. There are lots of other examples, too.

Plus, I've had to deal with them before - absolutely horrible service (customer and technical). I'm sure if you just need a site, it's fine. As long as you don't do anything controversial. ;)
