The reasoning behind the ruling is unfathomable: That it's too late to reprogram the voting machines! So now we know a really easy way for any Secretary of State to keep the opposition off the ballot. Just declare them unqualified, and then, by the time it gets through the courts, you can say, "Oops, oh well, too late to put them back on now!"

Pathetic. Does anyone know the reason why all parties currently on the ballot in every state automatically? Please give me the reasoning the election system gives and not your opinion. I'm curious.
