This is great news. For those of you not in PA, Barr and Nader were the only 3rd Party candidates able to collect enough signatures. 4 years ago, the Democrats sued to have Nader kicked off and succeeded. In addition, when they kicked off the green party, the sack of shit Democrats used the loser pays provision of the law to make them (the green Party) liable for legal fees from the D's. As I recall that was about a 70k bill. This was a different type of legal challenge as it was not based on the petition signatures and could have even done more harm to how third parties operate if it succeeded. My hope is that the Barr people now go after the R's for legal fees. Its payback time, even its to the to the other wing of the "old party" machine.

This is great. It doesn't even matter which candidate won. All that matters is that the Republicans failed to oust a third party candidate. I will be equally happy with the Democrats fail to oust Nader from a ballot.
