I read somewhere that the good Dr. has the top spot on the MO ballot. How is that determined? Lottery?

Guiliani had one of his supporters up there waiting in line, thinking he would be the first one on the ballot if he was the first one in line. But, word is they did the lottery, to pick the candidates, and RP was to be number one on the list.

Does anyone have any information on how the other states do there's?

I am pretty certain Oklahoma randomizes it for each precinct (or perhaps county). I could very well be completely wrong.

Darn. Is it too late to change his name to Ron Aardvark? LOL.

NH: 656:32 Other Provisions. The provisions of RSA 656:24 - 656:28 relating to state primary election ballots shall apply to presidential primary ballots, except that candidates on the presidential primary ballot shall be listed in the alphabetical order of their surnames.

i heard somewhere that top spot can be worth 2%. maybe it was here that i read it....

First name or last name?

Do you know if there is any information out there that tells what the other states do?

Last name. I'm not sure about the other states as you generally have to go to the individual election commissions to find these things out.

It may be higher with up to 60% of repubs undecided. To be honest, I don't think undecided is the word. 60% disgusted is more like it.
