I like it, except for the "has changed positions (flipflopped)" line item. It's too vague, and I am sure that there have been positions on which Paul has changed his mind over the years, or where opponents will be able to at least imply as much.

One minor quibble, Ron has flip-flopped on a couple issues. The death penalty, and the abolishment of the Federal Reserve.

Negative campaigning ONLY works in a 2-person race. If candidate A attacks B, in a multi-candidate race, the support typically goes to another candidate (or no one) NOT candidate A.

OTOH, contrasting positions with those of other candidates can be very effective.

We want to pick up support from people currently supporting candidates that ultimately drop out. We won't accomplish that by attacking them.

Good points there. If we launch a smear campaign against any candidates. it should not be attached to Ron Paul at this point. Doesn't mean "candidate rap sheets" can't be spread separately though

I do rather like the website and I'm sure you can expand the crimes as you find them. I know of tons more just on Rudy alone. You mispelled Billions under Fred Thompson btw..........

Need to attack now.

The big three need to all be exposed at one time. ..Unless Republicans can be disabused of this notion that Romney, Thompson, and even Rudy are "conservative"....they will never switch to RP....

We dont have time to wait until it's a two horse race when we're in distant 4th place now.

As for the chart itself, it's not so much negatative as it is an accurate scorecard. remember, many of us in the RP were either previously inactive, or already had libertarian leanings.

These GOP primary voters are a different animal. They will vote for who thay think is conservative. We have to hit them hard while RP keeps his hands clean. This is especially true for that sleazy lawyer turned lobbyist turned Hollywood actor. The media will build him up as the "conservative savior".
