Army Rejects Dragon Skin Body Armor (The Best Body Armor available)

I never understood why they made that decision. I saw a good review of the armor on "Future Weapons" I'd love to get my hand on a few of those.

The company is not in with the military complex. Plus Interceptor can handle anything Iraqis can throw at our soldiers.

That and interceptor costs $1,100 while a similar dragon skin costs $5,200. Apparently they value soldiers lives somewhere between that amount.

Well dragon skin was rejected in earlier trials because the discs would shift around a bit and in some cases would no longer overlap other discs. This created a small opening for a rifle round to cut clean through the soft armor and miss the disks entirely. However, I believe that Pinnacle has since fixed the design.
