Your government benefits or tax refunds. Your Ability to get student loans, travel, buy food and gas. It is very convenient. It also means this same convenience can be shut off in a heartbeat.

That is very true. But another reality is that an awful lot of folks who buy and spend and travel for business/pleasure don't give it a second thought. Like the VAX, folks will comply to keep their jobs, to travel, to buy necessities for the kids, or feel that they will be safer or protected by having Digital ID.

This is another boots-on-the-ground battle where we must talk about it until we are blue in the face. This Central ID, and REAL ID for that matter, just doesn't have enough traction yet. In fact, REAL ID is already growing in acceptance by-the-day.

Until then, I have to figure out a way to freely travel wherever I want, when I want, without such ID. So far, I have been 100% unsuccessful, and have spent more than enough time inside of those little rooms with only a chair to sit in where I am grilled to the point of missing my flights.
