Join us Tuesday, April 7, 2009 for a special OK-SAFE Townhall meeting. Pastors Jason Murphy and Bruce DeLay will be our special guest speakers that night.
Pastor Jason Murphy, of New Life Church in Owasso, will be speaking on the timely subjects of "country, Constitution, and Christianity." This subject is part of an upcoming special series entitled "Our Father's Intent" Pastor Murphy is starting April 5th, at New Life Church.
Pastor Bruce DeLay, of Heartland Church, and whom many know from KFAQ radio shows, will discuss what scriptures say about why Christians shouldn't just sit by while we lose our country. Time permitting, he will also touch on the 'Jezebel spirit', or what is known as 'shadow government.'
Our country is facing serious upheaval in every realm - and too often today's churches have failed to address the current issues facing our country. Too many have focused on softening God's Word, avoided the topic of sin and repentance, or have focused on entertainment and 'relationship building.' It is past time for the Church to make a course correction back to God's Word, take a stand on virtue, and to seek God's help in healing this land.
