Cliff notes:
1) Apple is adding features to its next iOS that allows users greater ability to block online tracking.
2) Facebook and Google rely on that online tracking.
3) If Facebook and Google don't comply, they might not be allowed on the Apple store.
4) Apple is considering buying another search engine, like DuckDuckGo, to be its main search engine instead of Google.
5) Facebook is considering an antitrust suit against Apple over Apple's new privacy requirements.
6) Apple is considering rolling out its own VPN.
7) Google is already caving to Apple's demands that apps have more privacy features.
It will be interesting to see how this pans out.
