Are you looking for specific names, or do you just want to know what 'they' do and how 'they' control things?

Most public figures are naive to the true nature of what is happening. There are also some public figures who are behind what is happening. I could venture to guess who some of them may be, but it's always going to be a guess.

The fact is "they" don't just control our government, "they" control world banking and large corporations and nearly every government around the world. "They" are mostly private individuals, not public figures, who may not even be a part of the system as we know it. "They", like the MIB, are above the system.

the people lindsey williams keep talking about?? Theyre oil executives in companies like british petroleum. Theyre people some of which he's known since the 70s when he was involved with alot of these guys in alaska

i don't think it's the oil company execs. because from what I read they are being forced to curtail production. this is due to government regulations and someone is controlling the government....

so who is controlling government and manipulating the world financial system ?

The same "they" who control the world oil supply and tell OPEC how to price their oil and the same "they" who get to say who will become president. Those predictions are interconnected. If one comes true, few others listed there will come true to some extent.

Half of what you just listed have not come true, so "...all have come to pass.." is a stretch.

Yes, open your eyes. Oil is not down to $50 a barrel. It is lower but not $50. OPEC seems to want to keep it above $70 and is talking production reductions.

What oil field in Indonesia? Any links? They cannot even produce enough oil for themselves. They are a net oil importer.

Russian has oil but has not invested enough in their infrastructure. They cannot maintain their current levels of production and started to have declining output this past year. They do not have the capacity to change global supplies in the next 12 months as Lindsay promised. If Russia pumps up the global supply and depresses the price of oil, their economy would suffer. It is already having problems from just $70 oil. Why would they want to push it down lower?

I thought the interesting reason for $ 50 oil that Lindsey Williams gave was this:

He said that since they had absolutely no support to attack Iran, that they went to plan B basically to bankrupt Iran by collapsing the price of oil.

All Iran has to do is end their social programs they have recently created and they can survive through $50 / barrel.
