Apparently they felt a need to speed up donations. Considering how far off goal we are, I don't blame them. The thing is, they send out those emails and donations crank for a day and then die off again. Personally, I would follow up those emails with another saying "If you haven't donated..." and try to get the procrastinators to put in their 2 cents and then I'd follow it up again a couple of days later with the same message, and keep reminding people by email thta the campaign needs ALL of it's supporters to chip in. If EVERYONE on the meetups, alone, were to contribute a lousy $15 a week, the 12 mil goal would have been EASY.
