Any non-Neocon Republicans running for Congress in New Jersey?

Yeah, in fact 6 Congressional candidates are running on a liberty-platform alongside Sabrin. (See Here)

From halfway down that page:

In addition to Dr. Sabrin signing The Sabrin Promise, 6 congressional candidates announced their candidacies and signed The Sabrin Prom

I only found one of their campaign websites:

James Hogan – Republican candidate for 6th Congressional District in New Jersey
Darren Young – Republican candidate for 7th Congressional District in New Jersey
John Swank – Republican candidate for 8th Congressional District in New Jersey
Kate Erber – Republican candidate for 11th Congressional District in New Jersey
Jason Scheurer – Republican candidate for 12th Congressional District in New Jersey
Jennifer Jaworski – Republican candidate for 13th Congressional District in New Jersey

I found a "Jason Scheurer", but it's a candidate for state Assembly, and in the 14th district (not 12th).

Darren Young's running in my district, too.

The only websites I could find for candidates running in my district are for neocons:

Martin Marks
Kate Whitman

or for candidates who don't have an 'Issues' page on their campaign website:
Tom Roughneen

...or don't even have a campaign website.

Hi. I'm running for congress in the 6th district. http://www.hoganforcongress.com you can search for other posts by me on this forum to see some of the things I've done to try to help Ron Paul get elected and this is just the next logical step in the Ron Paul Revolution.

I can answer any questions here or via private message/email - I'm not a politician, I'm a software engineer who just wants to make a difference in DC and represent us working class people who believe that the current "republicans" and democrats alike aren't getting the job done. I might not have an answer for everything (or anything) but I'm willing to do the research and learn about the issues. Please check out my website and tell a friend. I'm running against a retired judge named Rob McLeod in the primary. Mr. McLeod said in his speech at a local county convention that he would not support cutting or lowering any federal taxes until the budget is fully balanced, which is interesting because I'm taking the approach that the best way to get the budget balanced is to cut any and all programs that we can't afford, or aren't constitutional, or just don't make sense. I've knocked on about 500 doors in my district already but there is just no easy way for me to compete with even one mass mailing from the county GOP or the millionaire lawyer so word of mouth and volunteer help is all I can hope for to get me past the first hurdle.

I should add - there is also a Donna Ward who is running in the 2nd district. I saw her post on the local meetup group but I don't know of or about a website for her, I can say that I've seen her do a lot for RP on the meetup group but I can't really comment on any of the issues or her background, experiences, etc other than that as I said, I can attest to her involvement in getting RP petitions circulated in the state and getting flyers and DVDs and such out.
