He raised $9M, which sounds respectable but the article does not mention cash on hand. He seems to be far behind Obama and Hillary. My gut says he's repeating 2004's scenario. He might win a few states, but in the end he'll be competing for VP again. He will not "catch fire". He did not in 2004, and there's not much reason he will this time around.
