Wow, this is really amazing. In Tulsa, gun owners were contacted and asked to bring in their guns for testing in hopes of tying the gun to two slayings. And, yes, all but 20% (OF GUN OWNERS) submitted.

Like I've been saying, "We are SO screwed!" Gun owners are supposed to have a healthy respect for the Constitution, no? So, let's say that they do house-to-house searches. How many will not submit? 1%? 2%?

80% showed up with their guns, knowing that they could be set up for a double murder.

Well... it's the same reason they do gun buybacks. They are looking for a specific gun and if someone turns in a gun no questions asked, they can then run ballistics on that gun to see if it was used in a crime by way of matching bullets to barrels. They simply test fire to get the pattern for every gun that is turned in / checked so they know in a short amount of time if the bullet matches the barrel.

No offense to any Oklahoma natives on here but what are these peoples IQ's!? First it is stupid of the Oklahoma government to think that the killer is stupid enough to relinquish his gun for testing to see if he is the killer and secondly why would 80% of the people show up to have there guns tested if they knew they had not killed them.
