The first thing Ron Paul should do when he takes office is address the nation and in this announcement formally address every single individual in America that has taken an oath to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States of America against all enemies both foreign and domestic. His point should be to remind them of their oath and highlite precisely why the oath is necessary. He must remind the servants of America that their allegiance is to the United States of America and to the principles that are contained within the constitution and the bill of rights and that any entity whom attempts to hijack, subvert or circumvent those principles by creating or enforcing laws that subvert the inalienable rights therein is an enemy of the United States of America.
