Too often people around here yell out about NWO and different conspiracy theories. But how often do these actually become a reality?

Conspiracies are based on major skepticism. All of what could happen. All of this effort could have been directed at the facts. Facts as problems that could push the public to reduce our government.

Here's an example: 9/11 we know that the government knew about the terrorist plot before it happened but failed to act. A perfect example of the giant government beuracracy: failed.

However, all energy was instead directed towards remote control planes, giant lasers, and bombs all created by the government? Seriously...

Problems push the public to act. However, the public just turn their shoulder to the words: conspiracy theory. It's a turn off.

The true darkness isn't the illuminati or masons, but rather what religion and society have become as a whole. Not every secret has evil intent, yet it's human nature to assume so.

And after reading this comment, it's true. We need to fight against these collective ideas. But not with the fear mongering of conspiracy theorys.

All the public needs is a problem. A problem in the failure of the government. Like 9/11. The day the government became to large to actually protect US.

Actually, those who are looking at something and thinking it is a conspiracy are not theorists. They are speculating as to the reason 2 + 2 = 4. When I notice something that adds up to a possible conspiracy, I don't label it as conspiracy or even a theory. I just point out how all of the 'coincidental' parts point toward a possible conspiracy.

Those who insist upon placing the word theory after the word conspiracy seem to be doing so because they have been conditioned to think that way.

What do you call something that looks fishy? Would you call it A fishy theory?

These so called conspiracy theories are attempts to make sense of something otherwise unexplainable that could point to collusion on the part of parties associated with the event.

For instance:

A family can not afford to pay their electric bill and the power company turns off their electricity. The power company then informs the county they had turned off the electricity to that home. The county then sends out a building inspector and he noting there is no electricity in the home, condemns it and the family is forced out of their home.

When you notice how the power company works together with the county in getting the family removed from their home, wouldn't you wonder if there was a conspiracy between the power company and the county to remove poor people from their area?

The day the government became to large to actually protect US.

Happened many decades before 911, yet the American public still sleeps.

What if you were presented with the Conspiracy FACT of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing where the FBI spent $3 million of your tax dollars to blow up the the World Trade Center, even providing viable bomb components with detonators?

The FBI and the mad bombers

"To make a long, complicated story short and simple: The FBI spent $3 million of your tax money to blow up the World Trade Center."

"When will this insanity end? What is the overall objective of the FBI and government? Are these activities actually designed to thwart terrorism or encourage it? Who benefits most from terrorist activity?

Americans might be shocked to learn that their government is involved in such escapades. But those who study history should expect such things. It's been going on since the beginning of time. Planting seeds of fear among the people only helps those in government remain in power and grab more control over people's lives.

Remember this the next time you hear about a so-called "terrorist incident." And, tell your representatives and senators it's time to rein in the mad bombers and provocateurs in our own government. "

And after reading this comment, it's true. We need to fight against these collective ideas. But not with the fear mongering of conspiracy theorys.

When the "official" stories/theories just flat out don't fit the facts nor make any sense at all nor explain the situations adequately, some folks just naturally tend to seek and search out alternatives that do explain them better. ;)

Whether or not the government was involved in this or that conspiracy, government is always the problem. We should focus on the problem of government in general instead of spending all our time researching everything. If we want to advance liberty in our lifetimes, we need to need to convince the public and frankly they think conspiracy theorists are nuts. Why not concentrate on and present the public with provable facts as to why government is bad and needs to be minimized? No conspiracies needed for that.

I don not think of myself as a conspiracy theorist, however I am always willing to listen to the arguments posed by both sides and make my own decision. Good thing for me because it was a truther who lead me to Paul. ;)

No, we are not wasting our time.

The single critical reason for exposing the obvious inconsistencies and out right lies of the "official" story of 9/11 is this: it causes those who are exposed to it to radically reconsider their role in, and relationship to, government.

Detractors have called us "cancers", among other things.

Perhaps they have a point.

I like to think of myself as that. A subversive free radical, running amok in the system, "infecting" as many of my fellow cells as I can, "hijacking" them with seditious political DNA, so that they can no longer function as the system requires them to. Every command, every order from the system will be called into question, doubted and ultimately rejected.

Of course, in the end, the host dies.

And I've long thought that is the only solution: the political reality that we have surrounded ourselves with must die. It is beyond repair or reform.

I remember when Watergate was a goofy conspiracy theory. I also remember to this day where I was when I heard Nixon had quit.
