-- Who is the target audience?
-- What are your goals?
-- How is it financed?
-- Is it non-profit, or for-profit?
-- Is it an individual effort, or has a company been set up?

If you're doing your own thing, that's great -- but you posted in the Liberty TV Project... I thought this was a group effort, and that we were trying to develop some consensus before doing any development.
