The pair have now been framed as a “the GOP’s only chance” in the race by American Thinker contributor Michael Sheppard.
“Would Jeb Bush have as good a chance, or better, than any other prospective GOP candidate? Most certainly he might. As a popular governor of Florida, married to a Hispanic, and who garnered a good proportion of the Hispanic vote, Bush would be in a strong position to carry the state,” he says, reasoning that Mr. Bush, as a southern governor, could also hold sway in Virginia and appeal to Iowa evangelicals and centrist voters in New Hampshire.
Should Hillary Clinton emerge as the Democratic candidate, it could also improve Mr. Bush’s “electability”. Then there is the Palin factor, Mr. Sheppard says. She brings ardent fans with her, of course.
“A Jeb Bush/president - Sarah Palin/vice-president ticket covers all the Electoral College, Evangelical, pro-life, centrist-conservative, experienced governorships, male/female bases,” he notes.

I know this is politics and it is called that for a reason, but he couldn't have phrased that just a little bit better? We are no longer voters or even humans for that matter. Just a bunch of probabilities plotted on a grid which in then translated into a holographic matrix. If the image has more red dots than blue dots we win! Yay! Did I tell you he's even married to a Hispanic? Oh, I did? Well that solves the elusive Latino vote problem too! Isn't this great?

If Sarah Palin is part of "the GOP’s only chance” the party is in big trouble. But then again, Dan Quayle did get elected as part of the GOP ticket.

I wouldn't vote for Bush.
I would vote for Palin.
Palin has earned some respect from me in the past few years. Bush, yeah not so much. That would doom the ticket right there.

I wouldn't vote for Bush.
I would vote for Palin.
Same, although Palin would lose because of the media.

It's simple with me: I'm not voting for any member of the Bush dynasty for POTUS, or for any other candidate for POTUS if their VP candidate is a member of the Bush dynasty (I don't care who it is).

Bush vs. Clinton, 2016?
How stupid is America?
(or rather, will we see Bush IV vs. Chelsea Clinton in 2032?)

Bush is a potential nominee, but he'd never ever choose Palin. This whole scenario has roughly 0.0% chance of happening.

Barbara already said "no more Bushes". Ain't gonna happen. Read my lips. ;) http://blog.seattlepi.com/seattlepolitics/2013/04/25/barbara-bush-weve-had-enough-bushes/
Former first lady Barbara Bush on Thursday doused the presidential ambitions of son Jeb, just as the former Florida governor has begun beating the bushes for a possible run at the White House in 2016.
The “Silver Fox” seemed eager to speak when the question came up on NBC’s “Today Show.” (http://www.today.com/news/barbara-bush-jeb-run-weve-had-enough-bushes-white-house-6C9602466) After daughter-in-law Laura delivered an unresponsive response, the family matriarch weighed in. Said Barbara when asked if she wants Jeb to seek to become the third Bush president:

Bush Presidential Library. She does NOT want son Jeb to try for the White House. “We’ve had enough Bushes.”“He’s by far the best-qualified man, but no. I really don’t. I think this is a great country. There are a lot of great families, and it’s not just for families, or whatever. There are other people out there who are very qualified. We’ve had enough Bushes.”

All wars are bankers' wars. The politicians just do the formalities and take the credit/blame. I'm surprised people take the whole charade seriously.
